One platform
Discord gives you a voice channel. BridgeLink gives your organization the whole operation - before, during, and after the mission.
The lifecycle
Almost nobody else has this workflow. An operation moves through six stages - and BridgeLink carries the structure, the people, and the record through every one of them.
Draft objectives, units, ship assignments, and role slots.
Schedule it, collect RSVPs, and let members claim seats.
Stage everyone in the briefing room before a mic keys up.
Structured voice, live assignments, alerts, and unit leads.
Close out with outcomes, expenses, losses, and rewards.
The full record lands in your org's searchable history.
Web dashboard
Leaders manage everything from the browser - no voice session required. Plan the week, review the archive, and check on live operations from anywhere.
Persistent orgs with ranks, branding, and cloud sync.
Watch running operations and who's on air, in real time.
Schedule operations, collect RSVPs, fill seats early.
Draft operations, objectives, and briefings ahead of time.
Every completed operation, searchable and permanent.
Roster, ranks, and per-member permissions.
Ships and assets - yours and your organization's.
Invites, event reminders, and operation alerts.
Organizations
Your organization persists between sessions - ranks, permissions, fleet, and groups included. Set it up once and every operation inherits it.
Mission planning
Draft the whole operation in the dashboard: what needs doing, who does it, and in which ship. Templates get you a working hierarchy in seconds; briefings put everyone on the same page.
Built around tactical voice
Voice isn't a channel list - it's part of the structure. Your seat decides which nets you can key, who hears you, and whose priority traffic overrides yours. Push-to-talk per net, multiple nets at once, zero channel-hopping.
Voice nets show their live route and hold-to-talk state; the command tree resolves Report-up and Command-down audiences for your exact seat. Priority routing lets command traffic override, and emergency broadcast cuts through everything.
Archives
Every operation closes into a structured archive: what happened, who was there, what it cost, and what it earned. Your org's history stops living in screenshots and half-remembered debriefs.
Lightweight by design
BridgeLink is built on a native, mesh-P2P architecture - not a bundled browser. The whole client idles around 6 MB of RAM while chat apps regularly burn hundreds of megabytes - sometimes past a gigabyte. Your headroom belongs to the game.

Why not just Discord?
Discord is where your community hangs out - and BridgeLink signs you in with it. But when it's time to actually run a forty-person operation, you need more than channels.

BridgeLink runs alongside your Discord server - it replaces the operation, not the community.
Supported games
First-class support: ship templates with real seat layouts, multi-crew hierarchies, fleet operations, and org tooling built around how Star Citizen orgs actually play.
The structure is game-agnostic. Milsim squads, event crews, and persistent communities can build custom hierarchies and templates for whatever they play together.
Security
Sign in with the Discord account your community already uses. Nothing new to leak.
Voice and data travel over encrypted channels, peer to peer where possible.
Rosters, plans, and archives belong to your organization - not to an algorithm.
Enterprise-grade permissions scoped across organization · operation · unit · member · leadership
FAQ
Yes. You sign in to BridgeLink with Discord, and most orgs keep their community server for hanging out. BridgeLink takes over when an operation starts - planning, voice, and the record afterwards.
Everyone in the voice session needs the free client (or the web app). Leaders can plan, schedule, and review from the web dashboard without joining voice at all.
Yes - voice, operations, and Basic organizations are free. Pro ($9.99/mo) adds unlimited personal archives and statistics; Organization Premium ($29.99/mo) unlocks planning, inventory, security, analytics, and indefinite archive retention for the whole org.
Your seat in the hierarchy decides your nets: Local for your group, Report up the chain, Command down it, and Broadcast for all-hands. Each net has its own push-to-talk, and priority traffic can override.
Star Citizen is the flagship: ship templates with real seat layouts, multi-crew hierarchies, and fleet-scale operations are supported out of the box.
Yes. Hierarchies, templates, events, and archives are game-agnostic - build a custom structure for any game your org plays together.
No. BridgeLink is a hosted service with cloud sync across devices; voice itself runs mesh P2P between participants where possible.
