Terms of Service
The terms governing use of BridgeLink and its operational coordination services.
01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using BridgeLink ("BridgeLink", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
02Description of service
BridgeLink is a communication and operational coordination platform for multiplayer gaming communities. Features may change over time.
- Voice communications and operation planning
- Operational coordination, debriefs, and archives
- Organizational tools and related services
03Accounts and acceptable use
BridgeLink may allow authentication through third-party identity providers such as Discord. You are responsible for maintaining access to your authentication provider account.
You may not impersonate others, misrepresent identity, circumvent restrictions, abuse authentication systems, violate applicable laws, harass or threaten others, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, or use the service fraudulently.
BridgeLink may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
04User content and operation data
You retain ownership of content created within BridgeLink. You grant BridgeLink a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide functionality.
- Operation records, debrief notes, and archive records
- Session participation, unit assignments, and administrative actions
- Organizational information
Retention periods may vary by account type, subscription plan, or operational requirements.
05Availability and subscriptions
BridgeLink is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, compatibility with all systems, or preservation of all data. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain service reliability.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and benefits may be described separately. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in reduced access to premium features.
06Termination and liability
BridgeLink may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, abuse is detected, security risks are identified, or required by law. You may discontinue use at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeLink is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities. Use of the service is at your own risk.
07Third-party and beta services
BridgeLink may integrate with third-party providers including Discord, hosting providers, voice relay providers, and infrastructure providers. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Public testing, preview releases, and beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, and experimental features. They may change or be removed without notice, and data generated during testing periods may not be permanently preserved.
08Changes, governing law, and contact
BridgeLink may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides or conducts business, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
